Fraunhofer Institute for Cathode Beam and Plasma Technology FEP
Fraunhofer FEP develops technologies for vacuum coating and treatment of surfaces on basis of plasma- and cathode-beam-processes. For the plasma-processes emphasis is concentrated on vacuum based processes like sputter technology, plasma activated high rate vaporization and high rate PECVD. The cathode beam processes may be applied under vacuum as well as under atmospheric pressure.

Scope of the PTZ-Prototypenzentrum GmbH in Dresden is to give our customers’ ideas a first shape. Since 1996 we have been building prototypes and small series. They guarantee an extensive production range of moulds and devices for die casting industry, original models and laminating moulds and also RIM-parts.

Company for plastic processing LAKOWA is development partner and systems supplier for lining systems for constructors of rail vehicles and special vehicles as well as producer of technical parts out of thermo plastics and polyurethane. The entire production of the »MaxxLuxx« products, which we have developed, has been carried out in Dresden including the electronic processing. Presently we are working with about 70 high-qualified employees.
