Optimization of surface optics and haptics

Using selected abrasive blasting processes a special look and feel may be reached. Our competent employees have long experience and carry out all necessary pre-treatments at modern abrasive blasting machines.

During the blasting process, granules (glass, ceramic, corundum) hit the surfaces to be treated at high speed in our blasting cabinets.

Granules and blasting pressure are individually chosen in order to reach the required property of the surface. This way, the surfaces of your products are roughened up or compressed or existing layers are removed.

On request, europcoating can also polish the surface to give it a mirror finish. The surface can be given a decorative, high-gloss finish by polishing as a final mechanical treatment.
