Using PVD processes for surface coating
europcoating now operates under Nanofilm AM Germany GmbH (NTI Nanofilm Group), effective 1 September 2025. Your usual contacts and commitments remain unchanged—while you gain access to a broader, integrated coating platform.
We design, develop and manufacture ultra-thin coating systems using PVD vacuum technology and the anodic oxidation of PVD layers. At our sites in Hohenlockstedt, Tuttlingen, Zittau and Dresden, we tailor surfaces to the specific needs of instruments, implants, tooling and more.
As part of the group, customers can access PVD (Magnetron—Dual, Cylindrical, HiPIMS), Arc Evaporation, FCVA, CVD/PECVD, CSS, Ion Beam and ICP—coordinated across sites and delivered through a single European contracting entity.
